Connect Sortly

Pull your Sortly items straight into RackStack Pro inventory using a Sortly API token.

Before you start

You need to be an owner or admin in RackStack Pro. Sortly’s API is available on its Advanced and Ultra plans.

Part 1 — Get your Sortly API token

    Open Sortly’s API settings

    In Sortly, go to SettingsAPI (Sortly’s guide ).

    Generate and copy a token

    Create an API token and copy it. Keep it somewhere safe — treat it like a password.

Part 2 — Connect it in RackStack Pro

    Open Integrations

    Go to SettingsIntegrations and find the Sortly card.
  2. 2

    Paste the token

    Paste your token into API token and click Connect Sortly. RackStack Pro verifies it immediately.

Part 3 — Import your items

Go to InventoryProducts, click Import, choose the Sortly tab, then Import from Sortly. RackStack Pro pulls every item; a Sortly item whose SKU matches an existing product updates it, and the rest are added.

Field matching

Sortly item fields (name, quantity, price, notes and your custom fields) are auto-matched to product columns by name — no renaming required.
