Connect inFlow

Import your inFlow products into RackStack Pro inventory using an inFlow API key and your Company ID.

Before you start

You need to be an owner or admin in RackStack Pro. inFlow’s API is part of inFlow Cloud.

Part 1 — Get your inFlow API key & Company ID

    Open inFlow’s API settings

    In inFlow, go to OptionsAPI (inFlow’s guide ).

    Create a key and note your Company ID

    Generate an API key and copy it, then copy your Company ID from the same screen. You’ll need both.

Part 2 — Connect it in RackStack Pro

    Open Integrations

    Go to SettingsIntegrations and find the inFlow card.
  2. 2

    Enter your Company ID and API key

    Fill in Company ID and paste your API key, then click Connect inFlow.

Part 3 — Import your products

Go to InventoryProducts, click Import, choose the inFlow tab, then Import from inFlow. Products whose SKU matches update in place; new ones are added.

Field matching

inFlow product fields (name, SKU, cost, description, quantity) are auto-matched to RackStack Pro’s product columns by name.
