Importing data

Import projects

Move a board or project — with its tasks, lists, statuses and due dates — into RackStack Pro from your current PM tool.

How to import

Go to Projects, click Import, choose your source, upload the exported file (or pick an Airtable table), optionally set a project name, then Import project. When it finishes you can jump straight into the new project.

What gets created

Each row/card becomes a task. A section, list, group or board-column becomes a task list, and status, priority and due-date columns map automatically. Rows without a task name are skipped.

Plan limits

Each import creates one project and counts toward your plan’s active-project limit. If you’re at the limit, close a project or upgrade first.
